Be an Exhibitor in 2024!

The San Diego Writers Festival is an official event of the International Memoir Writers Association. It is totally free and open to the public and is made possible by our partners, The Coronado Public Library and Warwick’s bookstore, as well as many other generous sponsors. We have an amazing team of volunteers, support staff, and advisors—each and every one of us donates our time to make this event possible. Your exhibitor presence helps us ensure that the Festival remains free and open to the public.

Investment: $350 

Exhibitor Booth Space Include:

  1. One 10 x 10 tent
  2. One 6′ x 30″ table with linens
  3. Two folding chairs
  4. And, best of all, you will be supporting an incredible event that is community-based, free, and beautifully inclusive. No other Festival offers the level of value that attendees will get at the San Diego Writers Festival. We could not make this possible without you! Thank you!

The following is a two-step process: 

  1. Pay for your booth (button below).
  2. You will receive a thank you email with a link to complete your registration. 

Exhibitor booths are set up outside in the Coronado High School quad. Space is limited to 50 booths. You are welcome to share a booth with other vendors (the person paying for the booth will be responsible for coordinating their shared space). No cancellations or refunds. Rain or Shine event.
