1) When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer, and what has your path looked like to get here?
I’ve had a strong desire to be a writer since my sophomore year of high school. During that time I was heavily influenced by music and film and I knew I wanted to craft my own stories. Giving life to my ideas has been the most rewarding part of this 17 year journey. The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is how important it is to trust the process, no matter how long or short, or which direction it drives you.
2) What sparked the idea for this particular book?
My latest title was written through the lens of paranoia. A deep dissection of where the fear of everything stems from.
3) If you could go back and tell yourself one thing at the beginning of this journey, what would it be?
If I could go back to give myself advice, I would affirm a couple of things I knew in the back of my mind when I first started. Always go with your gut and never stop falling in love with the art.
4) Where can readers connect with you? (This is a good place to share website, socials, a book ordering link, and any upcoming events!)
